KENSINGTON – 16 Shaws Hill Road, Kensington.

DELIVERY DAYS TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MARCH 2017

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farms join the farmers and members in a symbiotic relationship where the farm can thrive and members can depend on receiving plentiful fresh produce weekly.  Members pay early in the year to support farmer’s costs of seeds, greenhouse costs, labor and supplies.  Then, starting in late spring and through the summer and fall, the farmers deliver the bounty to members.

Being a member means you can rely on us to grow and deliver excellent quality, fresh produce at a better value than you can get anywhere else. We grow everything that goes in your share.

HOW TO JOIN OUR CSA

You simply send us an email at willoughbyfarm@myfairpoint.net .  PLEASE give us an email address to keep in touch with you.  Once we confirm your membership, you can mail a check to:

WHAT IS A “SHARE” AND WHAT IS THE COST?

A share is considered to be a generous amount of vegetables for 2 people.  Each week, you will receive the vegetables currently in season.  The variety of produce will change and increase or decrease depending on the time of the season. We’ve provided a guideline below so you can see how bounty and availability change throughout the season.

As an example of one of our mid season shares, here is what was provided:

Arugula bunch
Beet bunch
Carrot bunch
Cauliflower
Corn
Cucumbers
Eggplant
Garlic
Leeks
Lettuce
Red Peppers
Hot Pepper
3# tomatoes
Zucchini

A share is $400 for 18 weeks of fresh produce.  We recommend for a family of 3 or 4, or for those who like to preserve food for winter, you consider buying 2 shares. Families purchasing 2 shares will get a $50 discount, for a total price of $750 for the season.
